King Crazy’s White Christmas

White Christmas

White Christmas

So for the past couples of years (yes I said years) I have been working on a new band called “King Crazy”. From time to time I know I have mentioned a new “rock band” is in the works and at some point may have even mentioned a pending record release. Well just so you all know I’m not “crazy” (that’s debatable) we have finally finished recording and mixing our debut record. At the moment it’s being master and is slated for an early 2010 release. I’ll tell you more about that record and why it took so long in another post because I want to let you know that we have something out NOW!

In the spirit of the wonderful holiday season we have recorded a super duper rockin’ arrangement of the holiday classic “White Christmas”. It has absolutely everything you want in a rockin’ holiday classic; guitar riffs, rockin’ grooves, big vocals, sleigh bells and a female choir rippin’ the roof off!. Believe me when I say this is not the typical White Christmas ballad. No, no no, that wouldn’t be our style.

Here’s a sample:

White Christmas -

Along with my “King Crazy” cohorts Ernesto Homeyer (guitar), Brian Williams(vocals) and Menno Verbaten (bass) I was honored to work with my good buddy Mister Jones (Sax), Tony Landers (piano) and Nicole Carson and Aubrey Buchanan (vocals). We had an absolute blast recording this arrangement and it came together rather quickly (7 days from start to finish).

It’s available at iTunes - Amazon.com - Rhapsody.com - and here at the CharlieWaymire.com Store.

We all hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed recording it!
