Fishlips Is Officially Cooked

After spending the afternoon hanging out in Bakersfield we finally got to tear up Fishlips. It’s a pretty cool club in downtown Bakersfield with some really cool art of famous musicians on the wall. Ray Charles, B. B. King, Kiss and the Blues Brothers just to name a few. Great staff too! Everyone has been so cool. I got sit down with the sound guy and talk gear for a good hour which was pretty cool.

It always makes the gig so much better when the people at the club are cool.

Tonight we’re driving a couple hours north to a hotel so our drive tomorrow won’t be as long. We won’t have to drive in the heat as much either!

I’m beat since I didn’t get much sleep last night so I’m going to kick back and relax. I’ll try and get some pics up soon too.
